Title: AYANEO revises specs for the Next II handheld console, AMD Ryzen 7000 processor and laptop-grade dGPU now expected
Post by: Redaktion on January 19, 2023, 17:39:48
AYANEO is ditching the Alder Lake or Ryzen 6000 processor options for the more advanced Ryzen 7000 chips with Zen 4 cores and RDNA3 iGPU. A discrete GPU will also be included, possibly from the Radeon RX 7000S series, and the handheld will feature a larger 8-inch+ screen.

I would hope that the screen is a high refresh rate model then, with a dGPU it makes a lot more sense to have this feature. But even generally I think that it should be a standard on all gaming devices, the worst that can happen is that you end up rendering smoothly at 60, 75 or 80 something hz instead of 120/144/165hz.
