Dell's 14-inch laptop offers decent or even good battery life, an NVMe SSD and a powerful Ice Lake Core i7 processor. Due to thermal constraints, the dedicated MX230 graphics chip is only able to put its full potential on display for brief periods.

I have deployed hundreds of machines in the past, and these are by far the worst machines I have ever dealt with. Dell's support website killed two of them, and their support site doesn't seem to have any information on this particular model.
