The Cubot ID206 looks an awful lot like an Apple Watch, albeit with Amazon Alexa integration. The ID206 has a heart rate sensor too, along with a 1.7-inch display and 5 ATM waterproofing. The sub-US$55 smartwatch is available in two colours, too.
