Does not work in Canada
Have sent many emails and no customer support
Does not recognize SIM or SD cards
Have worked with my provider and their technicians with no luck
I do not recommend this phone for North America

Though the smartphone has a good battery power, I think it could have had a better version of Mediatek processor... P22 maybe...
