Title: Facebook's Messenger adds screen-sharing to its beta on Android
Post by: Redaktion on December 07, 2019, 21:59:18
Facebook appears to be preparing a screen-sharing feature for its Messenger app. The latest beta version of this app on Android is reportedly flashing up a new option to "Share your Screen Together" in its video-calling section. To date, there is no mention of the possibility of interaction with a caller's screen.

I hope they add background blur option too because it's nice to have when you have a messy room. Skype already has impressive background blur just with AI and Google Duo is also soon getting it. If Facebook adds it to Messenger, there is a possibility that even their outstanding Portal video calling gets background blur.
