Title: Beelink GK Mini PC Review: Ready-to-Go HTPC
Post by: Redaktion on May 08, 2021, 19:20:16
At just $229 USD, the Beelink system is almost 1/4 the price of the latest Intel NUC with 11th gen Core CPUs. It's obviously slower and with fewer features, but most home users might not even mind.

ODROID-H2+ would be better for some people if it was in stock, and had support for HDMI CEC. It's definitely not "ready-to-go" though.

Single channel is unfortunate.

I paid slightly less for a Guzila PC which came with 8GB dual channel RAM (soldered though) and one M2 SATA slot and one SATA connector plus the fan stays off until the CPU reaches 72C, while it may whine at times it's tolerable and the CPU never goes beyond 83C even at torture tests in which stays at 2.60GHz no matter what.
