Tesla adding 4680 battery capacity for 1.5 million EVs and mass Semi production lines to its first Gigafactory

Tesla will be expanding the 4680 battery production lines in its Nevada Gigafactory in order to have capacity enough for half a million electric vehicles. The US$3.6 billion Giga Nevada expansion plans would include the first mass production line for its Semi long-haul trucks, too.
