Title: Lenovo Thinkpad L570 (7200U, Full HD) Laptop Review
Post by: Redaktion on April 19, 2017, 22:50:37
Kaby Lake upgrade. The ThinkPad L570 is first and foremost  a Kaby Lake upgrade. The new CPU generation brings a slight improvement in performance and is responsible for the considerable increase in battery runtime. Our test unit is sold without operating system.

I appreciate the Ubuntu test, however limited. I'd like to see it done with laptops that do come with Windows as well.
It's not like you need to install the OS to do it, you can just boot off a flash drive or the network.

QuoteScreen flickering / PWM not detected      90 % brightness setting
No PWM below 90%?
Or
low HZ agressive PWM < 90% < yay no PWM

Beware, to my surprise there are FHD models that are not IPS, and you can't know which ones you are buying because also salesman doesn't know which model they have or not. For example, in Croatia there is almost no version with IPS screen to buy.
