Title: Nothing phone (1): New renders project a highly atypical transparent design for the Carl Pei-led OEM's inaugural Android device

Nothing is a new tech company that often backs itself to have the potential to bring uniquely-designed hardware to market. Now, a design blog has taken this "ethos" into account in publishing a new set of high-quality images that outline how it imagines the OEM's first-gen smartphone is going to look. It has indeed gotten creative in areas such as the putative device's biometrics and rear cameras.

That looks suspiciously like an iPhone X design, but transparent. Would love a transparent phone though, having had a transparent game boy. Not sure how practical it is though. Most people don't like plastic phones (not sure why??) and making a whole phone out of glass seems exorbitantly expensive.
