One of AMD's EPYC "Genoa" CPUs based on the new Zen 4 architecture has been pictured, alongside the new SP5 platform. The next-gen data center processors will have up to 96 cores, 360 W TDP, PCIe 5.0, and support for DDR5-5200 memory.
