Huawei has apparently confirmed that it will offer the MateBook 16s and MateBook D 16 in Europe. Huawei Matebook D 15 does NOT use PWM dimming. Huawei Matebook D 16 DOES use PWM to dim the screen. Why oh why Huawei?
