A part of nature, or apart from it? A new (2019) study from Exeter Medical School suggests that you may want to spend a minimum of 2 hours per week immersed in natural settings to avoid a litany of physical and mental health problems.

Thank you for posting this - much needed. We come here for tech news, but this is actually the most important article I've seen posted to date.

@Harris: It partly works in VR, to what degree depends both on implementation and the ability to immerse yourself.
