If this is all AMD has, they are going to get rekt by Nvidia. RTX 3070 is going to be faster than RTX 2080 Ti for $500. What does AMD have coming that competes with that?

There's some weird framing going on here:

- if Navi 10 gets refreshed an lands in the budget GPU segment, that is huge considering its currently in the upper midrange segment. Budget would imply $200 and below. The level of price/performance would be unbeatable. 5700XT level performance at $200, 5700 at $170 and 5600XT at $150? These numbers are of course pulled out of thin air, but I don't see how else three variants of a refreshed Navi 10 could exist in the budget space.

- While I don't believe a word that comes from that shitty YT channel that ought not to be mentioned, saying AMD "only" has a mobile GPU that beats the 2080Ti by 10% is... weird given that there's no mobile 2080Ti and Nvidia's current top mobile chip is the 2080. If AMD can beat the 2080Ti in a mobile chip that consumes no more power than a mobile 2080, that is huge. But again, I will hold off on even entertaining the thought further until someone trustworthy chimes in.

QuoteTom from the Moore's Law is Dead YouTube channel cited sources claiming
this guy is a braindead igpu believer. he is the leader of this cult. he can speak for 20 minutes how fast the future <igpu name> could be and how screwed all those pesky low end discretes are.
but, he has no idea about the simplest things of all, to name a few
-tdp restrictions/shared tdp
-same silicon is much faster as a separated piece
-20 usd worthy part=never important in 1000 usd device
so on
and if you ask him, very politely, he just ignores you.
he is a quintessential noob, mentioning him in the news means raising the population of noobs. stop it.

If true, 4900HS/5900U+23 will be unrivaled for the whole 2021. The competible with ported PS5/XBX PC game driver, 10% more power than 2080ti for mobile and Smartshift will deliver 10hours+ battery life for office work and very strong gaming performance.

SKU names and PCIe device IDs variants of AMD's upcoming "Big Navi" Navi 21 GPU across Gaming, Pro, and Apple-exclusive segments have leaked. Navi 21 will be largest die in the Navi 2x family and is expected to feature up to 80 CUs and 5,120 SPs. AMD would also be making available a Navi 10 Refresh to cater to budget and mid-range gamers as Navi 23 is likely to be comparatively more expensive owing to higher clocks and core counts.
