Intel Core i9-9900KS for laptops runs slower than the Core i9-9900K

CineBench R20 results are about 10 percent slower than the Core i9-9900K despite costing $100 more. While our Eurocom Clevo sample shows good performance, the processor is ultimately held back by its high running temperatures of ~90 C even when at stock Turbo Boost speeds.
