Die Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) hat die Einführung eines neuen Standard bekanntgegeben. Der DisplayHDR True Black-Standard wurde VESA-Angaben nach auf spezielle Displaytypen wie OLED und microLED optimiert und stellt noch höhere Anforderungen als der bereits existierende DisplayHDR-Standard.
