Title: GeForce Now loses major titles as Bethesda removes games
Post by: Redaktion on February 23, 2020, 02:14:42
A key selling point of the GeForce Now service has been the ability for subscribers to access and stream any game which they have already purchased via other means. However, user confidence has taken a hit as Bethesda follows Activision Blizzard in removing their games from the service. Popular franchises removed include The Elder Scrolls (Skyrim), Wolfenstein, Fallout, and Dishonoured.

GeForce now is really good, but looks like publishers don't care about customers comfort and just want to create own cloud services the same way we currently have different game stores like origin/uplay/egs. And that sucks..

Or they (bethesda, blizzard) are just greedy and want everyone to pay again for the same game. The same as if you buy a game you have in your Steam collection for PS4 or Switch..

wait, wait, wait!  Hold on... so you're telling me that the company which has released skyrim repeatedly for each platform might want to stop a "1 and done" model for gaming?  Shocking!
