The next major upgrade to Android seems right on track with the release of its second developer-preview version (or DP2). It now provides a system pop-up for users to allow or prevent apps from sending notifications. Android 13 DP2 also seems to pertain to the OS' emerging tablet version, adding new and possibly welcome tweaks to its UI.
