Title: Afreda S6 Pro reverse 3-wheel folding e-bike with 35 kph top speed is now shipping to Europe

The Afreda S6 Pro reverse 3-wheel e-bike is now shipping to Europe. The crowdfunded pedelec has a top speed of 35 kph (~22 mph) and up to 60 km (~97 miles) range. An unusual reverse 3-wheel suspension structure makes the bicycle ultra-stable and provides strong shock absorption. Plus, the e-bike can fold in one step, making it easier to transport.

Why is this thing called a pedelec? You cant peddle, so it's a moped.
And even if it had pedals, because of the topspeed of around 35km/h, it doesn't qualify as a standard pedelec, with a max. speed of 25 km/h. So why limit the power to 250w then? A moped is allowed to have 500w.
As it stands now, you can buy it in Europe, but you won't be able to use it legally on the road. Unless they had it certified as a moped or speed pedelec. Since the article doesnt mention any registration, I fear the worst...
