Arm stops hiring and cancels all employee 'wellbeing' allowances until Nvidia finalizes acquisition in 2022

Even though Arm managed to exceed its yearly revenue targets, it looks like the British company is now enforcing some measures dictated by the Nvidia higher-ups, including freezing all hiring processes and scrapping the FlexPot employee allowance that was particularly useful during the ongoing pandemic. This could return to normal as soon as Nvidia finalizes the acquisition by April 2022.
