Rumor: Apple prepping 5G iPad Pro with A14X chip for late 2020

Tipster Jon Prosser has been particularly active lately with leaks camp out of the Apple camp. His latest is rather juicy predicting that Apple will release a iPad Pro model with 5G connectivity later this year with an all-new A14X chip.

No wonder there was a slight drop in price? "5G" is certainly the useless gimmick that justifies a price hike, though the SoC performance would be far more interesting, how are the graphics going to compare with discrete cards especially, RTX2060 grade?

Alleged by whom? Mini-LEDs--unless Apple is being generous and uses diodes bordering Micro-LEDs covering 4-9 pixels each but still call them "mini" as they're don't make the micrometer range--would just be a form of thin local dimming backlight, which only has the advantage of making portable devices (instead of TVs and monitors only), but couldn't possibly avoid bloom and would perform much worse than OLED or even regular uniform backlight in most pro scenarios.

Mini is not Micro, they're fundamentally different. Mini-LED are generally utilized in arrays of hundreds or slightly over a thousand for panel backlighting, that's as much blooming as the FALD TVs currently on the market using traditional LED backlight, only in thinner devices as I already mentioned.
OTOH Micro should at least mean a diode per pixel in the broad sense and their size should also be in the micrometer range in the strict definition. Regardless of their physical size, a diode per pixel means no perceivable blooming, like OLED.
