Razer as upped the capacity of the internal battery from 70 Wh to 82 Wh despite making no other changes to the overall dimensions or appearance of the latest Blade 17. Something inside had to give and it's thankfully just a minor drawback.

I think Razer has weighted this option a lot.
Probably it performs just about the same, they must have tweaked the airflow somewhat, yes?
One of the sanest compromises they could have done to improve battery life.
