Title: With Apple allegedly prioritizing battery life and 5G on the iPhone 12, iPhones might only get 120 Hz displays next year

Tipster @jon_prosser claimed that Apple's alleged decision to skip on a 120 Hz iPhone 12 display was "100 percent" because of battery life concerns, with the 5G radio taking priority. This might mean that 120 Hz displays will only make their way to iPhone in 2022.

That's good. I turn it off anyways to have better battery life.

This is a deal breaker. I feel like every phone released in 2020 should have a high refresh rate. Does Apple realize that 5G isn't even available in pretty much anywhere, and will only be standardized in like 2 or 3 years? If 120hz can toast battery life, they can at least put a 90hz. This is just garbage.
