Shipping in February, the EliteMini X400 offers Renoir APUs and up to 16 GB of RAM in a compact chassis. The machine comes with a choice of Renoir APUs from the Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G. All SKUs come with a minimum of 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of M.2 storage.

Was looking at these until I checked the warranty and saw how terrible it is. Void with commercial use (I'd imagine a very common use case for SFF PCs like this is for offices) or unapproved modifications (so technically changing/adding RAM or storage would void it), motherboard is excluded, and probably more, but I quit reading after all that.
