Ultrabook owners stuck with USB Type-C now have more options to expand their existing Thunderbolt 3 ports and support a variety of legacy connections including eSATA and USB Type-A. The pricey adapters support daisy-chaining and will work with both PCs and Macs to utilize the most out of a single Thunderbolt 3 port.

How is that "Thunderbolt 3 to USB Type-C" adapter? Thunderbolt 3 is USB Type-C socket.
