Don't buy anything from Topton. The seller is a scammer.
What he does is giving you fake DHL tracking number or a tracking number to a different destination. Then you have to wait for a long time, and when it doesn't arrive you can open the dispute and get the money back.
I don't know why he does it, but probably some people fail to open a dispute and get scammed of their money.
I was lucky enough to get my topton box and it works nicely. I did do some research though and confirmed that there are no issues in shipping to my location and also the shipping company operates in my area.
It's a very solid machine. I've actually got 2 separate models on 2 separate occations. The one shown in this picture is great (I have it with an i9-10880H) but I have another one with a i7-10710U and a smaller casing.. That one has some thermal issues and the core temperature stays above 70 no matter what even though the fan is working and the heatsink has good contact.
