Mediatek has a long track record of unreliable, slow and inefficient processors. Since Mediatek optimizes their processors for unsustainable performance during benchmarks, you cant truly judge how poorly they perform until real world testing.
Aside from Apple, Qualcomm reigns supreme in mobile processors.
