A new PlayStation 5 concept design video has been uploaded by VR4Player and the striking console features a novel idea for the cooling solution, which appears to consist of a fan hidden under a removable lid. Screenshots taken from an unknown platform of the future PS5 game Lord of the Rings: Gollum have been shared online.

I sincerely hope this was made by some random teenager and not a professional designer. That looks horrible. And that dumb fan design would never in a million years deliver sufficient cooling for a >200W APU.

I guess stuff like this drives clicks and increases "engagement", but how is this news? "Some rando online made a video about their pulled-from-thin-air "concept" design for a console". Every gamer has sketched stuff like this in the margins of their school notebooks and similar places; that doesn't mean that any of it belongs in a news post from even a remotely serious publication.
