Google is yet to flesh out Wear OS 3.0, having teased it at Google I/O 2021. The company has finally provided some details on its progress, albeit after partners like Qualcomm and Mobvoi sowed confusion about the new 'unified platform'.

It's just not true that there are no watches on the 4100. Both the Ticwatch E3 you mentioned and the Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS have the 4100 SoC.

If you read the text properly it actually says there are no watches with the 4100+ SoC
