The company asserts that its latest and Milan-enhanced instances, or virtual servers, can deliver improved cost-effectiveness, high bandwidth and the use of up to 192 virtual processors, to its customers.

It is incorrect to say that Intel is an "x86 Counterpart". AMD CPUs are also x86 compatible. If this was an article on Graviton 2, which is ARM based, the statement would make sense, but AMD and Intel are both the x86/x86_64 instruction set (the ones Amazon use, anyway).
