Xiaomi has introduced REM sleep tracking on its Mi Fit app, enabling the feature for the newly released Mi Band 5. The global model, called the Mi Smart Band 5, is expected to launch next month with NFC and non-NFC variants.

Can I go ahead and order the non-nfc version on AliExpress? Why should I wait one month for the non-nfc global version?

Well seen, it has 512KB RAM.
