XPS 13 9333 (Haswell) does *not* have a SD card slot!
I'm typing on one and this is one issue with it - I need to carry a USB3 card reader with me.
With the M.2 slot on later versions you should mention 9343 supports SATA while 9350 supports both SATA and PCIe.

Also some 9333 like mine came with i7-4650U aka GT3 5000 graphics like the latest 6560U which is much faster than the 4000.

While in theory GT3 is a good choice - the base CPU clock is lower and since the XPS does *not Turbo on battery* it ends up being much slower when not on AC. You can use ThrottleStop or similar to force Turbo on battery but should not be required.

Other laptops like X1 Carbon do allow Turbo on battery without hassle.

Ho is it possible that the 9359 and 9343 mount the same Sharp disolay and they have such a different values?
