I had the XPS 9550 for a few months until I returned it back to Dell - I experienced every possible bug/hardware issue while used the machine. Since dell was unable to repair it, I had to return the machine to Dell. The point is that the internet was and still is full of similar stories...
I hope that they have tested this model properly this time.
