Some astonishing Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series-related power requirement rumors have surfaced. A well-known leaker has claimed that the flagship Lovelace AD102 GPU, which should appear in an RTX 4090 or 4090 Ti card, has a high-end TGP figure of 850 W. This would mean a 1,500 W and above PSU would be required to eke out full performance levels.

Is it a GPU or a cooker ? :o
1500 W for GPU is ridiculous :-[
If this went higher than 900W EU would classify it as a vacuum cleaner and ban it.
The 4000 series will be "paper launched" in September, but don't expect to see any cards actually available until after the New Year. And don't forget you will be forced to enter queues and shuffles. Bots will take all of the other available cards. You can thank several websites to include Best Buy, Amazon, and several others, for not invoking anti-bot measures. They are going to make a profit no matter what, so they don't care. Bottom line, don't go crazy just yet trying to sell your coveted 3000 series card that took you so long to get hands on. Have patience folks!

If any.
1500W PSU for a GPU....LoL
Yet another paper launch will be made with sky rocketing prices and ultimately taking another 5 years to normalize by then another series paper launch will be made.
Okay so should I take the compressor out of my ac to cool this thing? Also its power supply?
If anyone tries cooking with one make sure to send videos lol.
