The 2021 Envy x360 15 gets a small facelift and a processor update over the 2020 version. If you don't mind skipping Thunderbolt support, then the new model can be better than the Spectre x360 15 in many ways.

Is the RAM upgradable?  Costco has this but it only has 12GB of RAM.  Really want it with 16GB
