Title: Microsoft Surface Keynote expected at 'Future Decoded', likely a new Surface Book and potential windows ARM devices

Microsoft is holding their 'Future Decoded' conference on 31st October and 1st November, and Panos Panay is scheduled to give a Surface keynote presentation. We expect a new Surface Book reveal, due to the October/November timing of previous announcements.
