According to the latest report from 3DCenter based on TechEpiphany's analysis of GPU sales on German retailer MindFactory, board sales have reached a new yearly low after dropping for the 5th consecutive week. Sales in the 20th week of 2023 declined by a troubling 53% since the 15th week.

I welcome the development but IIRC Germany has an intensely skewed distribution network that can jack card prices at will such that they can easily more expensive than neighboring EU countries. If this behavior spreads across at least the whole EU and especially to the laptop market then we might see some change. Personally, I will no longer take 8GB as an option.
