JerryRigEverything has already shown that Xiaomi's inexpensive plastic phones are not built to last, but the Redmi Note 10 has proven to be exceptionally weak. If you plan on picking up the Redmi Note 10, you may want to take some insurance out on it.

Disgraceful. Thank you for giving visibility to their channel, I really wanted to see someone who actually does smartphone drop tests.

Saif

JerryRigEverything has not posted any redmi note 10 video.... by the way, what can you expect from a budget king when 1000 dollar phones fail to stand in the durability test.... On top of that these years redmi note 10 is much thinner than previous generations...

Wisdom

Who buys phone just to spoil them, yeah you just by your phone just to break it in half and intentionally throw it up and down. what do you expect your review is s***.

Thanks for the Durability test but i would still buy this phone anyways. Not all people are careless about their phones. I think that phone will last at least 4 years of my usage without any scratches or drop. I have poco m3 now and for 3 months i didnt dropped or scratched it.

The bend test, though a bit silly and impractical, is nevertheless a simple and effective indicator of overall workmanship and durability (especially in the back pocket).

Bogdan

Is this a paid article or are you deliberately leaving out the fact that JerryRigEverything just tested the Xiaomi Mi11 and was impressed by it.

Arvic Raborar

Hahaha!! I not sure whether this is a paid commercial. But this is surely some of the most stupid tests I've ever seem. A lot of phones even very expensive ones will not survive these tests. But surely this xiaomi phone survived. The water test, all of the drop test except the last one, of course. And the bend test is ridiculous. Even the most expensive I-phone if I bend it to my hearts desire I' m sure it will break... hahaha. And I'm not even a xiaomi fan..... But even my S20 and Iphone 12 will not survive these.

Tony

JerryrigEverything also broke the redmi note 7, I've been using the phone for two years and using it without a case for months. No damage what so ever. The excessive bend doesn't even reflect sitting down with the phone in your back pocket.

Povke

omg, this i so stupid, i would like to cut you as you cut this phone to see damage

Nightseer

To all people who complain about those tests and stuff. Durability of phones is important subject, they are one of the most abused devices out there. And while you might not try bending your phone, it will be subjected to various pressures from having it in pocket, dropping it,... and those will add up to slowly cause damage. Plus there are accidents, like you use phone in bed, fall asleep and wake up with phone under you... and it is nice to know it managed to survive. Yes it may not happen to you must of the time, but you never know. Which is why durability of phone is important. This doesn't mean you shouldn't buy it. It us subject to knowing yourself and your decision on what us important for you. But there is nothing wrong with articles giving out warning to people who may care. Just saying. I got nothing against the phone or company. But cheap or not, I want my phone durable and able to survive.

If you want a rog phone you can just buy a ROG phone....
Xiaomi didn't said that redmi are tog phones and actually like ALL phones in this price are plastic and not glass.
Even Pixel phones are plastic...
So the article title could be "if you want a rog phone don't buy a normal phone"
