The HUTT W8 window cleaning robot is currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter. The gadget has up to 3,800 Pa suction power and a range of cleaning modes. An 80 ml water tank allows the device to clean an area up to 35 m² (~377 ft²), with the water sprayed onto the surface via a "whale spout".
