Title: Nvidia plans to ship "Lite Hash Rate" RTX 3000 GPUs with improved anti-mining measures in mid-May
Post by: Redaktion on April 28, 2021, 18:04:41
The Lite Hash Rate limiters along with support for Resizable BAR will be included with revisions for the RTX 3060 / Ti, 3070 and 3080, plus the soon to be released 3070 Ti and 3080 Ti models. Sources claim that the RTX 3090 might not get the anti-mining measures, but there should be an updated version that at least features ReBAR.

The resale value for the LHR cards will be much higher than non-LHR cards.

Will it be the opposite, a non-LHR will have more opportunity uses for it can serve the gaming market and mining market?

If you are not gaming or working, you can set the gpu to mining thus paid itself off.
