Fitbit has started distributing new security-related updates for several of its fitness trackers and smartwatches. We upgraded a Fitbit Versa 3 last fall and it has not worked since. CAN NOT REBOOT AT ALL. So unless there are assurances that upgrades work I would not suggest it. Personal experience.
