AMD is expected to release the Radeon RX 6600 series before the end of the quarter, with the RX 6600 and RX 6600 XT serving as budget entries in its RDNA 2 line-up. Specifications for both cards have now leaked, including an EEC registration made by ASRock.

Regardless of what pricing it launches at, the RX 6600 series will never be an entry-level series. x600 for AMD GPUs is a mid-range product tier. Period. Entry-level is x500 or x400 and sub-€200.
