Well, that's an old article. Currently Kazakhstan has already taken actions against miners by turning off power for them. They take too much power from grid which may be fatal during winter when power consumption increases a lot.
Thank you for the report, kazakistanjin. Can you tell us how is the government taking these measures against grey miners? As far as numbers count, it looks like they are drawing more power and finding them could be tricky.
