Das weltweite Absatzvolumen für Smartwatches kletterten im vierten Quartal 2018 (Oktober bis Dezember) um 56 Prozent auf ein Rekordergebnis von 18 Millionen Wearables. Die Apple Watch ist die Nummer 1 als meistverkaufte Smartwatch mit 51% weltweitem Marktanteil im vierten Quartal 2018.
