Dell has announced the Latitude 5530, the largest Latitude 5000 machine revealed today. The Latitude 5530 is also the only member of the Latitude 5000 series with 28 W processors, a 4K display and an optional dedicated GPU.

Yep! And as you noted, it's also worse:
> [options: ] 15.6-inch HD (1,366x768) Anti Glare, 16x9, Non-touch, TN, 220 nits, 45% NTSC, ...
Something to hope your company won't choose for its associates, and something that will probably pollute the Dell Outlet refurb unit selection for yet another round.
On the other hand,
> 15.6-inch UHD (3,840x2,160) Anti-Glare, 16x9, Non-touch, WVA, [...], 400nits, sRGB 100%
Nice option to have, but one we have to hope won't be locked behind absurdly-priced base configs with other stuff you don't need.
