Title: Lenovo Z40-59422614 Notebook Review
Post by: Redaktion on August 12, 2014, 18:50:13
With great power... comes great compromise? The Z40 is most certainly among the most affordable machines to combine a Core i5 CPU, a discrete GPU, and good battery life into a single package. Surely you're asking yourself: what's the catch?

They do offer a models of the Z40 with 1920x1080 displays. Are these displays of the same quality or are they completely different and actually quite usable?

Interesting, you're right. Those models weren't an option when this review was written. I have updated it accordingly, thanks!

Also, to answer your question, it is likely safe to assume that those panels are of better quality, though we can't say for certain as we were not able to test one.  Hope this helps,

Steve

just bought this laptop, and I am wondering if I can upgrade the GPU or the CPU for that matter. If yes, what GPU/CPU can you suggest. Thanks
