Jetzt kommen sie endlich: Schon im Juni will Intel seine ersten Ice Lake-CPUs auf 10 nm-Basis ausliefern, wie Intel anlässlich eines Investoren-Treffens bestätigte. 2021 steht dann bereits der nächste Schritt zu 7 nm-Prozessoren an.
