i7 brand gets devalued. first in desktops now in laptops.
just 3 years ago i7 had 2 cores and people didnt mind to pay extra hundreds for an extra hundreds of megaherz.
good old times, nostalgia.
..
now some i7 are between ryzen 3 and ryzen 5.

I have one of these, was surprised how low the 1065G7 was going for so I bought it. There was a slightly better deal on an HP with a 1065G7 with slightly better specs but otherwise it works well.

Only thing I miss on it is an IPS screen.

In a price category inundated with slow Atoms, Core i3, and Ryzen 3 laptops, the IdeaPad S340 stands out from the crowd with its 10 nm Core i7-1065G7 that's barely half a year old. Intel's latest 10 nm Core i7 CPU can now be found on even the cheapest of models.
