A report from Ace Economic Research Institute in Japan suggests that the PlayStation 5 might launch as soon as late 2019 provided the company can procure enough monolithic ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). The demand for MLCCs is so huge that manufacturers are struggling to keep up with demand given the impending arrival of new cars and 5G mobile devices and services.

As far as I know MLCC stands for Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitor.
