Nintendo Switch finally runs GTA 5 with heavy modding

A modding group called Superstar South Studios was able to get GTA 5 running on the Nintendo Switch. While the handheld gaming console could play through the prologue chapter, it eventually crashes after a few minutes. Also, even with heavy modding done to the game, it's still a very choppy experience.
