Title: Infinity-O no: Divine concept video for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is too hole-y
Post by: Redaktion on April 20, 2019, 08:50:31
A finely crafted concept video of a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 phablet has been posted on YouTube. The creator of the video has specifically stated that it is not based on leaks, which helps explain some differences between the device shown in the clip and what is currently expected from the real thing.

So here we are now, there is no notch, but people still complain over a small hole on the screen.

The only thing at the moment in the the smartphone world that sticks out like a sore thumb on the display is the the Notch on the iPhone. Literally the size of a thumb and this then looks ten years ahead in terms of design and looks.

Arguably this hole and past notches share the same design logic, the outlier is the hole on the side like the S10. If a waterdrop notch is deemed acceptable then most certainly a small hole like this should be acceptable, provided it's actually as small as rendered.
